How can I make a will in a foreign country?
|
Spaniards can grant a will before the Consul of Spain who exercises notarial functions in the place of execution. They may also testify outside the national territory subject to the forms established by the laws of the country where they are located. In the event of granting a will before a foreign official, such granting may be recorded before the Consul, by signing an act that will have access to the General Registry of Acts of Last Will in Spain.
